Global Entities

Last updated: 16 July 2026 · Brand: Xntara · Public legal notice

Important. Xntara is a multi-entity brand. The legal entity you contract with — and any regulatory status, licence number, or client-money regime — is confirmed during onboarding and in your account documentation. This page describes the group structure for transparency on the commercial website. It does not assert that every entity is licensed in every jurisdiction, and it does not replace official registers.

1. Overview

Services marketed under the Xntara name may be provided by different group companies depending on your country of residence, product eligibility, and distribution channel. Technology, marketing, and support functions may be shared across the group under appropriate agreements.

2. How your contracting entity is assigned

During account application we collect residency and eligibility information. Based on that information — and on product permissions — we assign you to a contracting entity. You will be shown the entity name before you accept client terms. If your circumstances change (for example you move country), contact support; we may need to restrict products or migrate the relationship subject to law and policy.

3. Xntara Markets Ltd

Role: Primary client-facing brokerage services for eligible regions.

Focus: Multi-asset CFDs, including crypto-oriented products, account tiers (Velocity, Grid, Pole Position), and operation of the client-facing trading relationship where this entity is selected at onboarding.

Documentation: Full legal name, registered office, company number, and any regulatory licence or registration details appear in the client agreement, website footer notices for that region, and statements once your account is live.

4. Xntara Global Ltd

Role: International distribution, partner programmes, and regional coordination for permitted jurisdictions.

Focus: Introducing or supporting clients in regions where this entity is authorised to market or intermediate, subject to local law. It may not be the execution counterparty for every client.

5. Xntara Tech Ltd

Role: Technology, platform development, infrastructure, and security engineering services to group companies.

Focus: Web trader, mobile applications, APIs, site hosting components, and related systems. Xntara Tech Ltd generally provides services to group entities rather than acting as your CFD counterparty, unless your agreement states otherwise.

6. Brand versus legal counterparty

Marketing materials may refer to “Xntara” for simplicity. Your rights and obligations for trading, client money, and complaints run against the specific legal entity named in your agreement. Always rely on that documentation for legal certainty.

7. Client money and protections

Where required, client funds are handled under the client-money or safeguarding rules applicable to your entity. Protections differ by jurisdiction and are not unlimited. They are not automatically equivalent to statutory bank deposit guarantee schemes. Details are in your terms and risk disclosures.

8. How to confirm your entity

  • Review the entity name on the onboarding agreement screens before you accept
  • Check account statements, Platform account profile, and welcome emails
  • Ask support to confirm in writing if anything is unclear — preferably before your first deposit

9. Public registers and licence verification

Where an entity is regulated or registered, licence numbers and register links will be published in region-specific legal notices and client documents. Until those details are populated for your region, treat any general brand statement as informational only and verify permissions relevant to your country before trading.
